"We had a new dishwasher and over the counter microwave installed today by Howie Voigt’s appliance center, I got a phone call in the morning asking if they could arrive earlier then our scheduled appointment for the afternoon. Jodi arrived about 11:00 am and got straight to work removing old appliances and installing our new ones, Jodi was very professional and friendly while installing both appliances and answered all our questions about the installation being done. He was very careful with the installation as we were a little worried about scratching our new vinyl floors that we had installed about a month ago, but he did a great job and did a great cleanup after the installation. Very happy with his work and will ask for him again when we need other appliances installed. Thanks Jodi and have a Happy Thanksgiving day and weekend. Dave & Sherry"

"Had Jodi call me the morning of my install to let me know when he was showing up. He showed at the time he told me, was professional, and polite. He even took the time to make the installation of an outlet I need look nice. Not many installers care enough to do that. "After the first appointment it was determined our dishwasher needed a new nut for the heating element. The tech said he would order it and then make an appointment to install it. When I checked my kitchen after he left I found that the cabinet next to the dishwasher was badly damaged. Nothing was mentioned by the tech. We received a call a few days later that the part was in but they couldn’t get to it for two weeks. This was fine as we were on vacation for part of that time,but while on vacation we received a call saying they couldn’t get to it for another three weeks. I then asked to have the part sent to me so my brother-in-law could install it. Long story short the part two over two weeks to come in the mail. Despite numerous calls to HowieVoight we were told there was nothing they could do if the post office lost it. They refused to provide a tracking number and did not offer to order a new part or reimburse me for my damaged cabinet. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Nor will I ever use them again. So beware!"
