"Every time I order from here something goes wrong. This time something happened with their refrigerator systems and nothing was available. I placed my delivery order before 10am and just now after 7:30 finding out because of my notifications for every item being unavailable. So I called. CATHY or the other manager working all day should have contacted me. Lazy and unprofessional."

"I was at the Appleton Walmart this morning and checked out through the self check out and I had two items that had manufacturers coupons attached, but when I tried them the system said they could not be used because I didn’t buy the item, so I had to flag an associate, she came over, tries herself and told me that I could not get the discount, but maybe I could try them at another store. I asked her to get a manager to see if maybe it would work at a general register, the ‘lead’ went off to try and came back saying it wouldn’t work, that ‘sometimes they do and sometimes they don’t’ which of course is incorrect if the system is t reading that I bought the item it’s a failure of the register. So, she was kind enough to give me a gift card to cover the discount, but I recommended that they remove the coupons or correct the registers, she told me that they would not do that and I should basically be happy with what she had done and ‘have a nice day’. Very condescending. She would not give me her full name, but her first name was Brittany. I did call corporate and suggest they do some staff coaching."
"Yesterday I had a discrepancy with my card I was using to pay with. Amber the Team lead in the return customer service section was amazing. She was patient and kind and made sure everything worked out. The holidays can be stressful on customers and staff and I appreciate the excellent customer service"
"Two of these younger guys were harassing some older guy in the parking lot Thursday afternoon. When he got out to confront them, they ran hiding in the car still harassing him, so watch out for these two cowards."
