There, I met a Sales Associate by the name of Bill Demke. Bill assessed my audio needs, answered all of my questions, assisted me with product selection (he even contacted the manufacturer of the brand that I wanted to buy in order to obtain additional information that I needed so that we could make the most appropriate product selection), and arranged for in-home set-up. "Went to Suess to help my sister buy a TV. Worked with Bill Demke. Bill did a great job helping my sister pick out the correct type of TV for her. Bill recommended two of Suess’s great setup techs to bring the TV out and set it up. The guys did a great job. Shortly after that we decided to buy a TV. It was a no brainer for me to go to Suess and work with Bill. Bought the TV Bill recommended and we are very happy with the TV. Bill also was able to get us the same two techs to bring the TV out and set it up. Bill is easy to work with since he doesn’t do any pressure sales tactics."
"They promote themselves as a McIntosh audio dealer, but stock virtually no or very little inventory. Had been planning on upgrading my components and every single item I requested would have been an order out item. Surprisingly, two of the five items I was looking for were in stock at Appleton's Best Buy, so I purchased them there and ordered the remaining three from Crutchfield. The salesperson I spoke to (I forgot his name but he was their resident "McIntosh expert") was somewhat rude and arrogant regarding their lack of inventory."
