"We had an emergency on new year morning. They were not open yet but I took the chance to use the chat and someone answered. In less than a half hour it was payed for and we drove to the warehouse to pick up our merchandise . The guy on the chat and eventually phone was very nice."
"Stopped in to pick up a new freezer. Store was great, warehouse not so much. Was at the loading dock and the two gentlemen just sort of slid it off of the dock and into the truck. I explained that I wanted to transport it upright because it needed to be cold, asap. They shut the garage door and went back inside. They really didn't want to be there."
"When we pulled up to get our furniture we had completely missed the customer service door sign. One of the employees on a forklift taking out garbage saw us and came over to direct us. He then met us in the office already looking for our paperwork. He was then one of the three gentlemen to load the items into the trailer. All the other staff was very friendly too! Great service!"
