"Stock is low on everything you need, to the point that you can't buy enough items to qualify for sales. The checkout lady at self check harassed you and then actually runs her hands over things slowly trying to explain things to you as if you are a 5 year old. Not to mention the shelves are so poorly stocked by employees that you think you find something on sale, but it is just carelessly stocked in the incorrect spot. When you point this out at checkout and even go to the back of the store to locate the tag, the "helpful" person up front does nothing. I had to track down someone to help with an item that was in stock in the back. Honestly, choose a different Target or go to Walmart."
