"I have been purchasing our appliances here for years and the last experience was again above and beyond with Hoersch and Steve the owner! To say this was a project and a half is an understatement. We wanted to upgrade our gas stove top to induction. We had quite the project trying to figure out how to make it work plus fix the sins of the previous homeowners installation! Steve and his team always stayed professional, efficient and determined. Not only did he reroute the exhaust, ensure everything was up to code, but he also listened to my concerns of losing any drawer space so that I could continue to store my pots and pans underneath. He came up with a solution, and even personally redid some of my cabinets which turned out better than I could’ve asked for! I highly recommend Hoersch appliance … always competitive pricing with above & beyond service!"

"I recently bought a washer and dryer from Hoersch Home Appliance. It was a wonderful quick experience, but better than I originally envisioned as my wife and I traveled from Legend Lake area down to Appleton looking for these appliances. The salesperson, Steve was knowledgeable, kind, and patient. Within 30 minutes the deal was signed and we did not even go to another appliance store, it was the first and only one needed. I highly recommend the delivery service also. They did not just put the appliances where they needed to be but really spent time making sure it was a turn key operation. "My dishwasher went out two days before I’m hosting a 25th class reunion at my house. I called the Home Depot, Lowe’s, Menards, Grand Appliance and TV pliance eon New London. NONE of them had a Ge dishwasher in stock. Hoersch was the only place I could fine that did!! They were very nice and knowledgeable and got my new dishwasher in a very timely manner. I had to have a local plumber do the install because he was the only person I could find that would do it in such a short notice. I will be going to Hoersch in the future for my appliance needs!"
