"Victor W. is an amazing human! I was looking for floaties for our up coming trip and the website said you had them in the store and i couldn't find them. I happened to find an employee (Victor) and he was determined to help me find them. We couldn't find them so Victor took my number and said he will look for them and call me when he found them. Later that day he found them on a pallet and put some aside for me. I came in the next day to pick them up. He went above and beyond my expectations. So thankful there are good workers still. I believe he works in Hardware. Thank you Victor. Your kindness didn't go unnoticed!!!"
"Went to store to purchase some items, while i was checking out (Liz was the cashier 1/11/2024 in the am) i was looking at the prices on the check out screen to make sure the prices was correct and Liz turn around and said to me "i quote" YOU DON'T HAVE TO LOOK OVER MY SHOULDER TO CHECK YOUR PRICES I KNOW HOW TO DO MY JOB in a stern voice. I never had such rude customer service. All i could say is WOW, then i said to her i would be sure to write a review and she shrug her shoulders. This person should not be in customer service."
