"Came in for new tires and brakes. Hope didn't touch it until I came in. Then they did not do an alignment for the new tires, that was an extra fee I had to pay out of pocket, then they didn't do the alignment correctly and the owner swore on his word that he stood by his work. I then came back after the second time of them supposedly fixing the tire issue, as I came in the third time they told me that their machine wasn't calibrated and they had to do some weld work on their machinery My vehicle still is unsafe to drive with no communication of resolution. I 10 out of 10 would not recommend Goodyear in mequon for the lack of responsibility they take on their work, and their workers who smoke weed while working on my vehicle. This is the worst experience I've had in 30 years."

"Friendly but disappointing, got a quote in the morning was a little more expensive than other quotes but liked the friendliness and convenience. Told me they could fit me in end up spending 3+ hours waiting (wish they had just told me so I could have come back another time) then bill arrives with extra charges not in the quote....turned into an expensive (more then going to main dealer for same service!!) and very time consuming trip."
