They towed me and got my car back running very quickly. Just drove 300 miles home and the car ran great. Fair prices and did a great job explaining what they were doing and why."

"I booked an oil change last March, 2022. I spoke to someone on the phone who was efficient and friendly, but sadly those characteristics went out the window the moment I walked in the door. Mike was in charge of the change, and I was immediately hit with a foul, gut wrenching odor as I met him. I decided to go to metro market with my wife while we waited. We returned 45 minutes later and it seems the car hadn’t moved. Mike kept staring at me while I tried to see what the hold up was, he seemed angry, and at times smug. After 4 hours they finally got to work. (It wasn’t busy all day). After a total of 4 and a half hours, they finally finished my wife’s oil change. Mike simply said “It’s ready”, no apology, no explanation, despite such a crazy wait. This place smells bad, but the service is worse. Edit: You are technically correct, I called for information not to actually “book” an appointment. As for my information, I am not providing any personal details about my wife or her car for all to see. I think it shows a lack of character to reply in such a defensive and sarcastic tone. You have been around 50 years, and yet the bad reviews keep coming. Hmm"

"Here’s the deal with this place... They always do what they say. Every time. And on time. You may not get warm and fuzzy from these guys. I think they were all drill seargents in the marines and they have that air about them lol. Don’t look for hugs. But they are always friendly. But if you want the job done right the first time in a timely manner for the price they quote then go. It is a real family biz as well. Sons working with Dad etc. They will never be the cheapest quote as they only use high quality parts but you get what you pay for. I recently had a timing belt replaced and the price was exactly as quoted. Plus they took it in the next morning after my call and had it done by the end of the day. I have even gone to them with tire repairs unannounced which they did while I waited. They will suggest other repairs they see as future issues but offer no pressure to do it. They will very honestly tell you to wait or get it done now for safety. They also stand by their work. A friend of mine who recommended them had a job that went bad, they fixed it completely no questions asked and compensated her for her troubles. They took full responsibility. So there. My review."

"I have used Silver Spray on 3 separate occasions and have had a great experience every time. The manager, Mike, is very friendly and spent time driving around in my car with me until we were able to replicate the sound I had been hearing on the highway. Also the prices are very reasonable and each time I had work done, they gave me a price breakdown of why everything costs how much it does, which is helpful for someone who is not Car-savvy such as myself. I also dealt with Chris and he was very helpful and professional. I would recommend Silver Spray to my friends and family in the future."
