"Never again will I take a vehicle to freistadt auto! After having my work truck for 2 days, I was unable to work during those days, they have no answers on the secondary issue and haven’t even looked at the main issue it was brought in for! They claim to have had it in the shop to diagnose yet when I went by today, it was not even inside the shop anymore. Which tells me they pulled it out to work on someone else’s vehicle. Will never take a vehicle there again, nor will recommend them to anybody. Sad part is they were recommended by another very trusted technician and shop due to the ability to lift my work truck safely. Plus the guy that answers the phone had nothing but attitude in his voice"

"Was just turning around there recently, but was there 18-24 months ago for wheel noise check. Covered under warranty; so, they had me go to a Ford Dealer. Less than an hour, ? 40 dollars for them looking up warranty after taking car apart. Don't expect something for nothing, but you can expect reasonable rates for time & material. My dad gets his oil changed there routinely & accompanied me picking up my vehicle."
"They are amazing and life savers! My grandpa knows the owner! I have had to bring my truck there 3 times so far, and is now getting towed in to be there for the fourth time. Will always go to them with any trouble we can’t figure out. Would highly recommend them! And my truck is nothing but problems since it’s almost 30 years old!"
