"Micah took great care to ensure that knew what was going on and what my options were. He did follow up and find alternatives when asked. Please note: there was an issue with the initial appointment - I was advised that service could be completed on a Friday afternoon if dropped off at 12:30 and they did not get to my car so it was kept over the weekend and it took most of the day Monday to finalize. That was disappointing and frustrating. But Micah did what he could to help manage that situation as best he could."
