"I am extremely picky about who services my 2002 BMW 530i, and I now will only have service on my BMW performed at European Auto House. When I moved from the Fox Cities to the Milwaukee area in 2010, at first I continued to drive 90 minutes back to the Fox Cities for regular maintenance. I had my first ever mechanical problem with my car on a bitter cold February evening, and left my car at European Auto House, hoping they could work on my car in the next day or two. I left a phone message and, to my (pleasant) surprise, received a call back from Nathaniel about an hour later to say that he had picked up my message, already ordered the part, and that it would be repaired the next day. I really appreciated the fast response, competent repair work, and fair pricing. My BMW had just over 200,000 miles at that time in 2011, and Nathaniel stated that it should be good for 300,000 miles. Thanks to Nathaniel's great work, I reached the 300,000 mile mark this month! I completely trust Nathaniel's knowledge and judgement, and when I read the lone negative review posted on Google, I realized that Nathaniel is just being honest and keeping safety as the top priority. As the driver of a 15+ year old 530 with 300,000 miles, I appreciate Nathaniel's focus on keeping me and my passengers, as well as other vehicles on the road safe. I have recommended Nathaniel to my boss, and this month he took his 2011 535 to EAH for the first time (his BMW's warranty had expired). My boss was very impressed by Nathaniel's depth of knowledge, educational approach for owners, and not trying to talk him into unnecessary repairs (something the dealer was trying to do). Safety, honesty, knowledge and expertise at a fair price are too rare these days. We need more businesses like European Auto House, and I consider myself fortunate to have Nathaniel care for my car.
