"I recently was traveling from the Fox Valley with a British SUV when my car started making a terrible noise from the front end. I limped off of 41 over to Mequon. I knew my truck was in big trouble. I called up North Shore Auto where I described the noise and they said, “Come on over. Look for the grey door.” I popped in and the owner greeted me and said, “Let’s take a look.” I said, “I have aftermarket wheels that need an Allen key and hand tightening.” Not only did the owner come out with a torque wrench and Allen key, he also explained to me what happened and how I could prevent it in the future. When it was all said and done, he remembered to hand tighten the Allen bolts! He fixed my truck and saved me from a huge problem that would’ve cost me a lot of money, and possibly my life. Thank you, North Shore Auto! My truck drove 110 miles home as happy as a clam. (My truck was a few miles from being in horrible trouble.)"
