I picked up something in a tire and I went and to get the tire repaired. It was time for the maintenance oil change, and they checked for upgrades on my security and stereo, checked for recall and gave me a complimentary car wash. I felt confident and reassured that my car would be running in optimum condition. They are courteous, pleasant. respectful and like friends and family. "After watching my dashboard light up like a Christmas tree on my 2016 Forester a called Sommers for repairs. I brought it in for service that afternoon and used a loaner until things were corrected. The next morning I was called telling me the good news and that the repair would cost about $2500. Now the really good news it was under warranty! The car was finished the next day everything was corrected, the car was washed and the interior was cleaned. This was a great way to end my holidays! Great service, respectful employees. Thanks!"
"Had appointment for oil change at 8:30. Dropped car off at 7:30 due to work schedule. Car was done and ready for pick up at 8:25. After having to wait several hours at other dealers, I was impressed. Highly recommend. Personnel were professional, yet friendly."
