Nordstrom Rack

"I shopped Nordstrom rack, at Deerfield mall, Illinois wanted purchase Mickey Mouse jogging pants from the men’s department. The manufacture ticket price was $84. They had it a clearance ticket on it with the price of $83.97 a three cent difference from the original price no sale markdown Are you doin price only original $84 price no sale markdown at the outlet store. When I spoke to a manager she states that that’s the corporate price with three cent difference at at Nordstrom Rack outlet. I called corporate—for customer service no answer. It didn’t make sense didn’t make sense to me. Real young store manager just parroting-repeating script—corporate pricing. 3 cent price difference. Well, if it’s not gonna be discounted leave it at the original Nordstrom and sell it full price with the full price tags. Frustrating experience"

"I hate to give only a 1 but it is such a consistently poor experience that I unfortunately have to. Zero customer service (ZERO) and inventory is consistently disorganized and in the wrong areas. The opposite of a friendly, helpful, and welcoming environment. Of all the times I have been here (about 5 or 6), not once have I had a single positive interaction with any employee. (I promise this is not my typical experience.) I hope this Nordstrom Rack can do better. I don’t see myself ever coming back to this one."

"Nordstrom used to be known for their outstanding customer service and how they set the bar for other retailers, but I guess not anymore. Was unable to return an item bought for a Christmas gift that didn’t fit because it was a 4 days past their return policy of when an item is purchased online (not when the item actually got delivered)"

"Almost too many choices. Prepare to spend a day. Plenty of fitting room area. Price ranges are from cheap to reasonable. Something for everybody. Always my first go-to place."
