It’s the kind of store where you can buy for everyone on your Christmas list from kiddos, to your friends and even for the grandparents! They carry many exclusive brands - Smathers & Branson, catstudio, Scout… and many more of my faves! The best part is - they’re online! I don’t live locally and I love to order on their site between my Franklin visits! If you’re lucky enough to be close by The Heirloom Shop… run don’t walk! It’s fabulous!"

"Don’t purchase in here unless you’re absolutely sure! I spent $50 yesterday on two frames I had the receipt I came back today and I could only do a store exchange. The only reason I returned the frames was because they just didn’t match at all. So I had to scramble around the store and find something that I wouldn’t of even purchased but for $50 so I wouldn’t lose my money. I would not buy in the store again because of that. I suggested they mention all sales are final only store credit or have a sign they do have a very small sign behind the person behind the register. She also mentioned it says it on the receipt but you don’t receive a receipt until after you make a purchase so really at that point it’s too late anyway. I don’t understand when you have the product and you have a receipt and it was one day later why they don’t give you a refund. They simply don’t want to lose dollars but I will not spend future dollars there now because of this."
