"I always use this florist for deliveries. They are great at what they do. Staff is so friendly and helpful with decisions to be made. I give them many Blessings... despite all the construction in front of the place... they still welcome you with a friendly smile!"
"The 1st time I visited, the employees were busy with orders, so I didn't take it personally that there was not much interaction. I got what I ordered and went on my way. The next order I did was by phone. I came in to pick it up and the price total was different from the quoted price by phone. I asked why it was so much more and the employee huffed and rolled her eyes. I just looked at her because I couldn't understand why someone would be so rude to a paying customer asking a simple question. The other employee, bless her, came over and discovered that the total was wrong and corrected it. I paid what I was quoted and left with the floral arrangements. They were lovely, but the 1st employee's attitude wasn't. I understand being busy, but I don't really see a reason to be so rude. I really wanted this to be my go to florist. Unfortunately we will not be back. Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the flowers were, like I said, lovely."
