"Lowe’s has been our go-to in the past for appliances. The ease of online purchase, quick delivery and installation are usually good. Our recent purchase of a gas range was promptly delivered, but the installers informed us that they did not install gas ovens, but only delivered. Since our contract expressly included installation, they grudgingly hooked up the range to our gas line, but did not even check to see if the cook top and oven were level. SO-I have them to thank for lopsided baked items and uneven cooking on top. On the other hand, we also bought a freezer from Lowe’s when our 22 year old freezer bit the dust on Thanksgiving day. It was promptly delivered, installed, and thoroughly tested before the technician left. If I could give a rating only for installation, the range installation would be 1 star and the freezer would be 5 stars."

"A big disappointment! Just moved and bought new appliances, and a garage door and opener. It’s like pulling teeth to get them to process a lifetime warranty on the week old garage door that arrived with a defective spool. Broken promises of callbacks, and generally just not caring as I’m sent in circles. Definitely no sheep counting here as my garage was stuck open for days. Can’t submit warranty claim myself because the garage door company says warranty claims can only be done through the approved vendor which you purchased from. Customer service sends me back to “work it out” with the store, which the department never answers. Nice way to treat a military family. Thanks and no more…oh and please don’t reply with your generic, nonsensical responses like you do to others. That didn’t help them and it definitely won’t help me either. Just get yourself together Lowe’s…."

"Lowes is fine. Their delivery company is horrible. On hold 3 times for 15, then, 17, then 19 before it cut me off all times. Had to go store to get my old range picked up. You should find another sub for delivery ...or at least one that will answer the damn phone!"
