"I had my flooring done by this company. Prior to the installation, I was informed the labor came with a 5 year warranty and a lifetime on the material. Upon the projects completion, I informed the owner there’s issues with the installation. He assured me this would get fixed. I had also requested a quote to get my counters & cabinets done. Fast forward to almost 3 months now and he has ghosted me completely. Doesn’t respond to any of messages or calls. This business is not reliable and do not keep their word. I will be reporting this business and taking this company to smalls claims since the owner doesn’t want to work with his customers. I have several txts that show all the times I’ve reached out to him to resolve this issue and I’ve been nothing but courteous and patient. The owner is a fraud."
