"Had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with Inna and Flurry, as well as the GM Chad. They are all very pleasant and professional to work with and got me in and out quickly with all paperwork done online. Very massive warehouse with almost 40 employees. Clean and organized operation! They are taking care of a blow-out on my 2017 Ford F350 SuperDuty that damage some of the body and wiring harnesses. Will update with before and after photos once I get me truck back."

"Went to Caliber with the intent of getting my car fixed, and having no issues afterwards. Upon showing up to pick up my vehicle, there was a part missing from the mirror, the door’s armrest was not attached all the way, there were dirt marks on the doors that had not been cleaned up, and a dirty rag was left in my trunk. To make matters worse, I went with my vehicle’s highbeam not working, and left with the same issue. They gave me a faulty headlight, which is hard at times to catch, but I was told that my headlights were tested and obviously they were not. I had to come back numerous times because the communication was terrible. Not only that, but they started with a $2000 estimate and ended up billing insurance $7000. Just an overall unpleasant experience, and I would never recommend Caliber to anyone I know."

"I own a fairlady 240z 1973 and a tesla x, I needed some work as someone backed in to my tesla causing damages. I also wanted to get some work done on my 240 from vandalism. So I decided to go to caliber collision as I had done business with them in the past when they were located on Katella Ave in Anaheim. When I walked in I noticed that they have a nice table.full.of goodies like coffe, however the problem with this establishment is the receptionist, very greedy, unprofessional and bad customer service. I was walking towards her desk and she asked if I needed any help which I replied to her that I needed assistance, however she kept asking me in a loud voice if I needed some help and when I finally got her desk I asked her not to be to loud that I already told her that I did needed assistance, she said "sorry that's how I talk" I explained her my situation and I was asked to wait in line, obviously I had to wait so I waited, but jut for her to tell me that they don't work with tesla and classics. Very disappointed on the service. Next time I'll make sure to live my cane at home and dress more nicely to be treated with more respect."
