"Honestly I wish I could give them ZERO stars. Save yourself the headache and pick a different pharmacy! They have the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. When I spoke to the pharmacist to explain my experiences they didn't even care that I was leaving. They weren't apologetic or empathetic. They messed up my medicines, didn't give me my full prescription, didn't explain they shorted me... the list goes on."
"Stood in line for 30+ min for my covid vaccine. Made an appointment online like you’re made to do. Went early SPECIFICALLY so I could get to class on time. When it was finally my turn, realized I didn’t have my ID. By this time, didn’t have time to run home and get it. Pharmacist tells me no worries just come back after and you’ll get your dose. Came back, they were out of the vaccine with no idea when I would be able to get one. What’s the point of making people schedule appointments online, only to give it out or toss it anyway? Last straw for Kroger and their pharmacies, never again."
"Don't even bother with this location. They have accused my husband of being a junky for filling a 30 day prescription only once a year, and called the police on him. The most recent issue was with me, i called in my prescription on Wednesday, didn't hear anything. Called it in again on Friday, still nothing. Saturday I started feeling the side effects of withdraw from my medication. I called it in to be expedited on Monday morning, it was estimated to be ready after 1:00 p.m. that day. My husband went to the pharmacy to check on the status, and they told him that the prescription was on back order, And had been for at least a week already. I was at work, and so disoriented that I could barely walk, let alone do my job. My husband had to come get me, and I couldn't even carry my 4 month old without feeling faint. It appears that the idea of a call to let me know my medication that could result in withdraw symptoms to that degree did not cross anyone's mind at that pharmacy."
"This is truly the worst pharmacy I have ever used. Everytime I go to pick up medication they say come back in 30 minutes.. I have used them for only 2 months and have been told that about 6 or 7 times. They have given me the wrong medication then blamed it on my old pharmacy (that I have not had trouble with for 4 years before moving here) and they are also extremely rude. Moving my prescriptions back to Walgreens and not wasting my time again."
"Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had one medicine sent electronically from my provider and I dropped another RX off at 9:30 am , the lady laid it on the counter and went directly back to drive thru, never asked for my insurance info or anything. When I called at 5pm to find out if they were ready and to give them my insurance info one med had been sent to another store(not their fault I know) but he assured me he would have it transferred over and it would be ready at 7pm and the one I dropped off had never been started. Instead of just apologizing and telling me they forgot to fill it I got excuses about them being short staffed and busy, no apology. Thank goodness I was too sick to go back out at 7 to pick them up because when I called the next morning to check on the status no one had ever called and had the antibiotic transferred over from the Emory Rd. store. I will NEVER use this pharmacy again."
