"Called to ask whether the pharmacy could call me when they had a particular medication back in stock and I have no idea whether the store was busy or how many calls the pharmacist might've had on hold but she said no and immediately hung up on me. I literally asked one question! Why would someone who behaves like that care about providing adequate medical care? I would not fill an Rx here if it was the last place on earth. It was one question. There was no reason to be hateful."

"I recently received a Flu shot at the 9175 Kingston Pike Knoxville Tn CVS store. Even though they were terribly busy, I was greeted immediately. TIna, the pharmacist, began prepping my flu shot. I did not have an appointment. In fact, I really thought I would just schedule the appointment. She cheerfully said “Oh we can give you the flu shot now.” I sat down and within a few seconds I was receiving my shot! Usually, the pharmacy is very busy, but I have always experienced courteous and helpful employees, whether I’m picking up a prescription or receiving a shot. Bonnie the employee at the front checkout is always helpful too. I highly recommend this CVS. Everyone is stressed during the pandemic time, but it’s nice to know that the people who work at this CVS seem to go out of their way to be helpful and positive."
