"Edit: management has since reach out to fix the situation. Management was very unhelpful and frankly destructive of my product. Bought a demo laptop,the manager put knife marks in the top and damaged the casing saying it was the only way to get the security tag off.. I told him I could come back if he needed more time and had to come back anyways as it was locked to the store account. It was the last one and I wanted that laptop so I did not accept the return. But they were unwilling to help in any other way. I'm sure they would care if it was their laptop. Worst was their response to my husband when he brought up these concerns. Will be trying to contact corporate."

"Ordered a pick up order today knowing the weather would most likely delay the order. Pick up time was between 1-2 pm. Order wasn't ready until almost 2pm. I live 30 minutes away so I make my way to the store. Park which was a nightmare. Literally sitting waiting for a car to back out of a pick up space when this old man with a handicap tag goes around me and pulls into the spot I was waiting for. Then I pull back around and wait on another spot. Park in spot 13. Check in via text at 2:55. I waited 45 minutes on them to bring my order out. I could have gone in and gotten all my stuff on my own in the time it took them to bring out my order. I get that your short handed due to the road conditions and people calling out of work. Wasn't bothered by my 1-2 pick up being delayed and not being ready until 1:54. But waiting 45 minutes for my order once I got there with my kids in the car I was not happy about. I've had orders delayed before. Got the text went out and got my order. I've never had to wait 45 minutes for my order to be brought out. Most I've ever waited is 20ish minutes. If you don't have staff to bring my order out don't tell me my order is ready for pick up. I would have been more than happy to visit with family for a little longer. My kids sitting in a van for 45 minutes waiting on my order is not the way I wanted to spend my day. I use curbside pick up because I don't like shopping with ny younger kids. It's much easier to just pull in and pick up. Then I get home to find that I received a busted box of went mop pads that have leaked in my car and the box is soggy and almost fell apart when I went to lift them out of my van."

"When I shop here and see the same exact people that have been working here for years it's comforting to know. Their deli is great and extremely affordable when you need a meal while you're in. I've shopped here for years and prefer to anywhere when it comes to bulk shopping. Oh and you might just find something nice to wear there too in their clothes department. Thank you Sam!"

"We have been a member of Sam's since they first opened up in Knoxville. Our family likes to buy in bulk and take advantage of the savings for many of the every day items we use. I think we have tried most of their frozen and fresh food over the years and we have been very satisfied. Our membership is renewing this month and I think this is a wise investment when you do some good meal planning"
