"We visited the Starbucks inside of Target on Washington Pike the associates were gathered around the desk talking about a girl that had gotten fired instead of paying attention to customer orders, the cashier was more worried about someone covering her shift instead of taking our order properly and made my daughters drink incorrectly, charging me for something that wasn’t what we ordered and didn’t offer me a receipt. The cashier told me I could go over to someone at Target and have them print a receipt for me, we waited at the end of the counter for our drinks and low and behold my daughters drink came out wrong, when I asked them to remake it they gave me dirty looks and said sure very rudely. They remade the drink and gave it to us, this time it was right. I am disappointed as this is a store we visit several times a week and the service is just sub par."
"Pretty irritating when you have two items to purchase and there is a line of at least ten waiting to check themselves out, and two of those Self-Checkout machines are down, and there is only one register open with its own huge line. Left my items and went to Kroger. When we will go back to customer service and customer experience being a priority?!"
"Probably 2 or 3 months ago the manager here, Robin, blonde who walks with a limp, was extremely rude while I was coming back into the store to see if I had left my wallet there. I’m not sure if it’s my tattoos or what, but she was extremely rude and nasty. I didn’t say anything about it and left. A few weeks after this I’m in the store again, I am walking out to put my groceries in my car and there is a lady hanging out of passenger side of her vehicle with her vehicle door resting on the rear view of my driver side door. As I walk up to tell her to get her door off of mine, the same rude manager, Robin, turns to me and is clearly angry that I would ask her to move her door off of mine. I get into my car and start to pull off when I look to my left and she’s at the trunk of her car flipping me off. She was in civilian clothes so I’d assume she was off the clock. I called and complained about this. The manager who took my complaint was very nice. I haven’t seen her in the store since and figured she was let go for flipping off a customer. I am in there several times a week and spend way too much money here to be treated that way. Today I came in and Robin was by the self checkout register that I was using. She stood directly beside me and scowled at me the entire time. Very blatantly. Even my girlfriend was uncomfortable. I unfortunately kept my mouth shut. But as I turned around walking out of the store Robin was standing with the asset protection employee pointing at me. In hindsight I wish I had turned around to ask her what the hell her problem is but I did not. I’ve seen this woman be rude to people ever since I’ve lived close enough to shop here. She always has a nasty trash attitude. But flipping people off and keeping your job in customer service is laughable. I’m going to do my very best to try and get you in trouble, Robin. You should not be in customer service. You have an awful face and attitude."
"Target doesn’t carry the brands we use. Items we go to target to buy are always out of stock. Prices are somewhat competitive, but still way to high. Target is always clean and neat, but the layout is not efficient in my opinion. Not enough employees to help. Not enough essential brands carried by target. Our store has enough room to be a super store, but maybe our demographics wouldn’t support it. Target could easily blow Wallmart out of the water with just a few tweaks in my opinion. Desperately needed in my neighborhood too."
"Amazing location! Curbside pick up is always prompt. Wait time is between 2 to 5 minutes (the secret is order curbside through the app and WAIT until they notify you that it’s ready). Inside the store is clean and well organized."
