"Can you say efficient? They were efficient, friendly, & caring. NO extreme wait times, you have the option to "save your place in line" & have the meds there for your pets needs or will send to your local pharmacy. Dr Merritt answered our questions & we felt comfortable with him. After hours or on weekends, we found a great place to care for our dogs should they need medical care. Oh, they do routine care/immunizations as well."

"the staff were all so kind and helpful! my cat was very scared and i was concerned that she would be difficult to work with, but they handled her so easily and gently. and even though i was a walk-in who had never been there before, i was in and out incredibly quickly and they left me feeling much more confident in my cat’s condition. plus, the bill was very, very reasonable. i absolutely highly recommend them!!!"
