"Great store and staff."

"Worst pharmacy in the area. Britney accused me of pharmacy shopping because I asked about a refill that was on file. When Seth White, the manager finally took the call after 20 minutes of picking up the phone and placing it back on hold without talking, he was rude and short in conversation. He seemed mad that I was switching to Walgreens for future refills and that I didn't care for his employees' attitude. As an Army veteran, I don't appreciate being considered a drug seeker. As someone who lost their only brother to drugs 9 years ago, I dont appreciate being looked at as a drug seeker. Seth canceled my medications and said he was sending everything in my name back to the doctor and that I could do all my business with Walgreens. These are the actions of a child minded individual, but said child did me a favor as I don't have to give his company any more of my money. This place also has to close for lunch every day and inconvenience the community. I guess Seth just simply can't hire enough employees or set up a lunch break schedule like any competent manager would do in 2023. A few months back, they didn't even put all my medication in the bottle. I disputed this, and they had to audit the storage safe. Come to find out someone didn't put all my medicine in my bottle, and they had to reissue the missing medication. These people are lazy, incompetent, and inconsiderate. On top of also constantly being out of medications, I would take my business elsewhere. If you like dealing with a hipster child brain, then Seth at CVS is for you."

"No walk in vaccine appointments even though signing and online says walk in accepted. Waste of your time!! UPDATE: Went across the street to Walgreens and they did them immediately. They understand customer service."
