"Management is super rude, the foreign lady who works in the office has a mouth on her, this place is infested with roaches, they keep going up on rent and don't want to fix anything I'm so glad that we are moving it's ridiculous how you have to call City codes on then to get anything fixed just sad for the price they are charging for rent and you can't even use the washer and dryers without sitting there with them bcuz your clothes will get stolen"

"Sounds like some people are complaining about things that management only has so much control over. You can treat bugs, but if the tenants continue to feed and breed them, it isn’t going get rid of them until that problem tenant is gone. I think new management is going a great job of improving the property!"

"The new owner and management is really doing a great job getting this place cleaned up. Looking at these reviews are proof that this property has been neglected for quiet sometime. Kudos to new management for the maraculant changes. Mr. Sanders hate you had a bad experience but please tell the truth why you had to leave. Plus the owners has done the best they could and has spent a lot of money in repairs and I’m glad they are getting rid of folk that refuses to take care of their animals.... hint hint"
