"I have never been inside but have dropped of someone there. It looks pretty good from the outside. It borders a spectacular green space and the greenway is a very short distance away. Downtown is nearby. Grocery shopping is not so convenient, being too far to walk for most residents."

"Update: i see an office staff changed the name to "rick james" its actually ISABELLA TOWERS trying to hide their shame Anyway.. after 2 years here, the place is terrible.. staff is rude, the replacement staff rarely seen. building needs to be torn down, rarely is anything cleaned, i.e floors, elevators, hallways, wimdows, etc. the health dept really needs to get involved. I have black mold in my closet. they told me theres nothing they can do..lol.. wish i could move.."
