I had a few like him working for me in the past and I fired them immediately after I told them to complete a work order and they showed no experience or knowledge so I had to let them go because they lied on the application and to my face about experience and ability"

Like I said I do respect them but they should show respect to. They will get in their wheelchairs and get in front of you. I made a mistake but I was in line the lady in the wheelchair has told peoplethat I jumped in front of her. Some of her friends got angry at me and made a threat. I reported it but they are still talking. I believe they think their better but they should show respect to"

"When I first moved here, I was surprised how nice it was to be here. It went under renovations then the bottom dropped out. We had close to 78 apartments that had to be filled and they were by homeless people. Now not all of them but a majority of them refuse to follow the same rules that previous residents must follow. Safety and respect for the older residents is now in jeopardy. You report issues to the office and it just seems like they don't care. I have friends here that believe the same thing I do. Most of the new tenets have no idea what respect is. This place needs a good government inspection"
