"It's a nice quiet lil complex, I got a few friends who live here, helped one move in beginning of the year,"

"Not maintained. I’ve called several times over the years of living here to request repairs, but the property manager doesn’t answer her phone or return my calls. I’ve had to temporize the few things that I can. The exhaust hood over my stove is not hooked up so God forbid if I burn something, because the smoke alarm is hardwired for the whole complex so if it goes off in my apartment, it goes off in every apartment in this building and the whole complex freaks out. My kitchen sink is not properly fastened so the the faucet head just wobbles around and I’ve had to use double stick tape to secure it and you might imagine how long that actually works. The linoleum in the bathroom is curled up around all the edges so that moisture can get in underneath and the bathroom smells musty. There is also black mold around the shower that needs be neutralized and then painted over. There should be an air conditioner in both of the bedrooms but there’re only two: one in the back bedroom and one in the living room. It gets very stuffy."
