"Overall, I’ve really enjoyed my time at the Tradition. While no apartment is perfect, I’ve never had an issue with the staff nor the building. I would, however, recommend living on the lower few floors. I imagine that living on the highest floors with the elevators during peak times would get frustrating. The gym is nice — it isn’t large but has everything you need — and the location is great. Very few complaints."

"My daughter is living in the Traditions and they have been fantastic to associate with. While the apartment was not fully cleaned at move in, that did not deter the 5 star rating. The staff has been very attentive to all my daughters' needs and questions. The front desk associates are always friendly and helpful."

"As a parent, we have been very happy with The Tradition. Move in was easy and the apartment was thoroughly cleaned. No issues with maintenance. Very happy with the location! Glad we’ve signed for next school year. ."

"I signed my lease last October, and moved in early August. So far, my roommate and I have loved it! We have a corner unit, and it’s very quiet, and the view is amazing!! The pool was great during warmer months, and the gym is good when I’m in a rush and can’t get to the actual gym. I did have a problem with a pipe leak in my closet, but it was fixed quickly. Only concern is the washer/dryer situation- there’s not a lot and they are frequently out of order, but as long as I don’t try and do it on a Sunday, it’s really not a problem. Good price for the location, too."

"I toured this place and I have to say I’m seriously considering moving here. I wasn’t a massive fan of the color paint they used for the walls, but apart from that it was great! The best part was probably the staff friendliness, specifically the two I met (Corey and Owen). This place is great!"
