I've been living in Lake Wales Villa for 9 years and I never seen a laziness Mantience guy hardly doing nothing. Mr. Robert never comes in early always late early! Not like the others mantience men's always comes in to work early in the morning. On Robert probation period he comes in late and calling in sick or any excuses not to show to work. Let tell you this I seen it with my own eyes. When Mr. Robert is there in Lake Wales Villa his spends almost the time inside the warehouse doing nothing. Mr. Samuel, Terry and Mr. Frank the Mantience men's all three were very hard workers, respectful, professional and on time in their jobs. But this unprofessional Mantience guy Mr. Robert is we need him out in Lake Wales Villa Apartments. On the another had you have a unprofessional AAMCI staff her name is Celicia Mejias very rude don't say: " Good Morning" to the residents. This information that I'm giving you about Regional Property Manager I Google and do the search because I use to work before and long time with the Federal Government. Mrs. Regine NEVER gave or provide me any information about her AAMCI teams. On the other hand Mrs. Regine as a Manager in Lake Wales Villa in Lake Wales Florida is a hard professional worker, respectful, kind, and doing her job. We and myself don't want Mrs. Regine leave Lake Wales Villa she made a huge changes in Lake Wales Villa. We and myself are very proud and extremely grateful for all has she done. But truly we need Mr. Robert unfortunately needs to be out of Lake Wales Villas. We need a professional, respectful, kind, and on time signing Mantience guy. "Burton Plaza at 122 Burton Rd. Buildings A-C are trashed, out of date and lacking materials. Building A is best kept because this is the building where the offices are located, you can see a clear difference between this building and the other two. Building B has the stench of mold and mildew. Building C is rundown and has an abundance of glaring other problems. Roaches and Bed Bugs are an issue. The management is poor, this person works very inefficiently, often times doing their job to the minimum of their ability. If anything this apartment complex deserves to be leveled, then rebuilt, the manager should be reappointed to unemployment, and the main company needs to learn to do their jobs properly. Glass Half Empty, Glass Half Full but treating the people that live in these apartments like trash is unacceptable."
