"This place is nasty! There was mold on my unit apartment and they never fixed it. We had to moved out one month before our lease expired because of it. I have a baby and I wasn’t able to bath him in the bathroom because of the mold. On top of that the manager is never available to talk. We never failed on payments and we tried to let them know about us moving out and they never were able to talk! Now that we moved out like 3 weeks ago Taylor the manager is sending me emails saying that she filed an Eviction? Like for what? They are a joke! Adding to this the rent is extremely high for the quality of the units. They are never helpful if you have an issue going on. Which is for sure you will have a lot of issues! We were paying $1,300 for one bed plus utilities. You also will have cockroach in your kitchen and bathroom. Now we are paying the same $ for a nice townhouse with a nice management system that really helps you. I never write reviews but I just want to make sure people don’t get this bad experience. This place feels like a scam they are just robbing people Please stay away from there!"
"Rent is too expensive for this place, with all the random fees added on, I am going to be paying over $1850 a month when my lease renews in February ($150 of that is because I switched to a 3 month lease so I can move after winter). Even without that though, it still is more expensive than what most of the nicest apartments around show online for an apartment of the same size. They want to pretend that it is remodeled and competitive with other places around here, but they are not. It is close to the noisy highway, neither the old management nor the new management has fixed the mailboxes yet and the post office refuses to deliver anything to the door, the parking lot often runs out of spots to park, someone hit my car 3 months after I moved in, they claim that it is remodeled but its not. I almost agree with the other persons post who says the rooms look like a jail LOL, it is very depressing here, the windows are very small, its been almost 1 year and they haven't yet replaced any of my missing screens on the windows, so I cant even open then up for fresh air when its nice outside. There is no sound barrier/insulation in the floors/walls and so the sound from other apartments is very loud (not the neighbors fault). All the added "fees" on the rent is absurd. Water cost on the monthly rent is outrageous and should be metered. Water is almost as expensive as electric, and that's not correct, not to mention the water is always having a problem and getting turned off (Unsure if its the apartments issue or KUBs problem). They charge fees for trash & pest control yet the trash is always overflowing and I have literally never seen a pest control person here in the past 12 months except once. My old apartment never charged a pest control fee and they were out monthly doing various things. Before/during/after the recent storm they didn't prepare for anything or even attempt to take care of the apartment complex. They didn't shovel the snow off of the stairs for almost 12 days until people started complaining. People come speeding through the parking lot around here and one day I called the office and asked one of the ladies if they could just send out an email/notification reminder to people to please slow down in the parking lot because in one week three different people almost hit my car coming around the corner. The lady in the office said to "just call the police" LOL. I think that lady left the office, although she was part of this new management. With all of that being said, I will say that the people who work in the office right now are very nice. They are super responsive and they do what they can. It is a corporate managed apartment complex so I'm sure they have no control over rent prices, fees, etc.... the maintenance team is also very nice and very responsive. So overall the people here are nice, everything else sucks, I wish I could recommend because it is close to downtown and has potential if they actually renovated this place, but I truly cannot recommend. :-("
"The water bill is outrageously high. I pay more for water than lights and the service is constantly interrupted. We receive water shut off notices often due to whatever maintenance issue they are addressing. The condition of the actual apartment you will rent is nothing like the model you will see."
"LOVE how I can't leave my apartment when it snows! This is my 4th year living here and the are so neglectful to the parking lot and very unprepared.. Watch the weather like everyone else and get a winter plan in action. As much as we pay to live here the least you can do... Instead of renovating put some of our hard earned money back into the property and winterize so we can get out of the damn parking lot! DO BETTER!"
"Have lived here for well over a year, they've been through three sets of owners/office staff. Used to be very communicative and helpful, now the receptionist won't let you speak to management if she feels like she has the answers to what you have going on. She speaks down to you if you're young, I've heard this from multiple residents, not just myself. She has made it to the point that I get anxious anytime I have to go to the office. There's mold everywhere, no matter how clean you are you WILL see bugs. The washers and dryers are a joke. I honestly think if we called and asked to get this building inspected that they would condemn it at this point, every room is at a completely different height than the others, all the walls are cracking, baseboards are warped, half the doors don't latch shut, cabinets don't close, air units fall apart regularly. When I was experiencing mold in my hallway they legitimately came and spray painted over it. Yet, they're raising rent without fixing or updating anything. I was able to look past a lot of things when I at least had a friendly face to talk to about it, that actually seemed like they wanted to help. From the little interaction I've been able to have the manager at least seems very nice, and the maintenance team are crazy nice people, but they very obviously have a lot on their plates. I can't tell you how many times the front parking lot has had water running down it because the same pipe under the same building keeps busting, so they have to cut off the water to everyone. The list goes on. Oh also, the new management team started throwing our packages in the floor of the mailroom until so many of us complained about missing packages, now you can't even get them delivered to your home. You have to go to the post office to pick things up. This was never an issue before they took over. They would send us an automated message when we had a package to pick up, I don't understand why it changed but it's incredibly inconvenient. I typically get things like furniture and such shipped because I'm not able to transport it myself. Just out of luck I guess. My lease is up next year, unless issues are addressed I will not be resigning."
