"I think they deleted my first very detailed review so I will simply state that there is a terrible roach problem, they turn the water off to fix leaks at least once a week, and it was the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. If you can live anywhere else, do it."

I've been dealing with a situation with my unit and they have been patient and considerate through the whole process. They make it about you and your comfort. "I had some computer problems, but I ended up showing up and Brenda immediately fixed everything. The day I showed up was only for appiontments (because of Covid-19) but I explained I was really interested in one of the properties. She ended up showing me a apartment so I could look around and be sure, and she was so welcoming and helpful through out the whole process. She helped me with my application and has basically held my hand through everything. She responses fast when you message or email her with any questions or concerns, and has me truly excited to move in in December. I will comment again once I fully move in and update everything, but I think I have found a community I will be at for a long time. Well, I went to move in and my apartment was infested in roaches. I decided to not move in yet, and took some picture of the infestation and got the heck out of there. I called emergency line and the property manager texted me this morning saying they could not do anything until Monday. So instead of spending my weekend moving I am spending my weekend worrying about my apartment. Depending on how they handle the situation will depend on if they get their stars back."
