"If you are looking at renting from here and looking at the reviews and seeing positive reviews, check the date. This was Tanglewood Apartments until July of 2023. According to the article I read, this complex sold twice within a couple of days with the final purchase being close to 3 times the appraised value of the complex. This article was from Oklahoma. That's how bad this place is. An outlet from halfway across the country wrote about it, more than once. Rand came in and essentially doubled everyone's rent, or close to it. No real positive change in quality of life there either. Parking many times is horrible. Almost daily texts to move cars, under threat of towing, while they continue to put lipstick on the pig that is a 40 year old complex. Cars must be moved while they continue to destroy any tree that touches the property because the trees are not paying rent and must be evicted. They will not give any deposit back but they are more than happy to charge if you forget a piece of paper when you leave. Part of their justification for charging so much they were supposed to be putting in a gym. I never seen it while I was there but I bet I could get a gym membership for less than $800 a month. When this place was Tanglewood, it was good place to live. I felt treated as a friend. They were willing to work with you. Now, you're just a number. Run far away from any Rand Property."

"Horrible, horrible company. Avoid like the plague. Doubled rent with 1 month notice for some tenants. Tarp on a damaged roof for 2 months. Old construction material lying all around the Greenways. Black mold on the building sidings. Awful company."

"Will not support any housing that doubles rent and gives their tenants no warning. Forcing them to the streets with a smile on their faces. Residents are getting the good old "Oh well" when disputing and at minimum asking for more time. Some of these people are due to renew NOW and with no warning have to come up with an extra $800 with their $800 rent or be evicted. Sick and sad."

"I liked it here when I moved, but then Rand Property bought it out. They are planning to increase rent so dramatically for lease renewals, that it is going to displace every single retiree and fixed income person who lives here. There are folks that have been living here for YEARS, and they're going to have to find a new home. I'd understand a price increase of $100 to $200 per year, but not what they're increasing to. These apartments are old, they do not have W/D connections, their wiring and outlets are sparse and old, and the surrounding area is pretty scruffy. They say they are planning to renovate and build a community gym with their new increases, but as of right now, I highly doubt the apartments are worth what they say they are. Maybe they will be when they actually finish the renovations, but not right now. I do not recommend moving here."

"When I first moved in everything was great. Unfortunately, now that problems have come up, they are no where to be found. I have only received empty promises that they will resolve this issue. I’ve been living with this leak for months, which they’ve known about. Overall, nothing has been done. As a younger individual, I feel as though my health and safety has been ignored. Please be warned that when it’s good it’s good; but when structural and safety problems arise there will only be empty promises with a follow up of crickets."
