"Absolute WORST property management group ever! I’ve complained about unreasonably noisy upstairs neighbors for almost a year and absolutely NOTHING has been done about it! I’ve sent emails, called and even called the police. I was told in as many words “there’s nothing we can do about that”… We have to deal with stomping at all hours of the day for hours on end, day and night. I even went to the extent of sending recordings proving that the noise is beyond what is to be expected in an apartment and still nothing has been done! If we had any other option we would not have renewed our lease. But if you are an inconsiderate, noisy person that would like to make everyone around you miserable, this is the place for you!"
"If I could give zero stars, I would. Been here 3 years. From the first, there have been water issues. Leaks, too many to count, from the dining room ceiling, kitchen ceiling, under kitchen sink, laundry room, bedroom ceiling, bathroom. Basically everywhere, over and over. Management will lie to your face and say they fixed something, when they did not, if they respond at all. I had holes opened in walls, and never repaired. Then rats coming in through the holes. Management doesn't care about the tenants, or the property. My rent was never late and was paid through the end of March of this year. After the last major flood a few weeks ago, I came home from work one day to find a note on my door saying, "Due to major repairs needed in my apartment, they would not be renewing my lease." This after this apartment was supposedly gutted before I moved in 3 years ago. Major repairs would not be needed this soon if any actual work had been done, but they lie here. Be careful! They will be all nice until you sign, then they treat you like you work for them. Really, if your looking for a apartment, you should just keep looking. You will regret living here, except nice neighbors, but they are treated badly too. I'm looking at this as a blessing,as I found a good place to move to."
"I have lived in a colossal number of apartments in this town and creek ridge is by far the best. So much so that I moved back a second time. It feels like you are renting from an actual human as opposed to a corporate company. The apartments are beautiful, spacious, in an incredible location, and affordable. Jamie, the manager, is amazing. She is efficient, friendly, and thoughtful. Maintenance requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner."
"I have lived at creek ridge for almost a year now. I had never lived in a apartment but it has been very nice. Quiet area , close to my sons school and work. My neighbors are wonderful and the property manager is fantastic. Also Darrell the maintenance guy is amazing. He has helped when ever I needed him no matter what time. I read reviews from the past and its not the same. Under New management and new owners I will be renewing my lease. I'm hoping for a 3 bedroom the second time around and it feels like home. Affordable, safe, I ccouldn't ask for more. Accept more closets and a massive kitchen but that's every girl's dream. :) five stars all the way!!!"
"I lived at Creek Ridge for a year and I always had great experiences within the community. I chose to move to Creek Ridge because of the location. It is very close to campus, about 15 minutes away, and it was also close to my work. Traveling almost anywhere in Knoxville took no time at all (this was great!) By first appearance of the complex I was a little questionable; however after looking at an apartment and getting to know the staff of the complex, I felt more comfortable about my decision. It was also VERY affordable for a full-time student, which was not something I could find at other local apartments. Another aspect of the community that drew my attention was the pool. I always found that it was clean and kept up. For the majority of the time when I went to the pool, I was not typically disturbed by other residents (unlike my past experience at an unnamed apartment complex). Creek Ridge was the third apartment complex I have lived in, and it has been by far the most enjoyable. The staff were always willing to work with me when I had "something come up" and I really never had to call maintenance. If I did, it was for minor things that did not need immediate fixing."
