"I only lived here for a year after going through a divorce, but it was a great place to call home for that year. I had been living in a house for 10 years and was anxious about living in an apt again. I experience none of the issues I’d had at previous apartments. I could never hear my next door neighbors. I only needed maintenance when I first moved in but the response time was quick. I definitely recommend these apts to anyone who is crazy about living in stacked apartments. My only complaint would be that washing dishes felt next to impossible with a single basin sink, no sprayer and no dishwasher."

"Good location and quiet area. But everything in the apartment is bad quality and breaks easily. Didn't have hot water for the first month living there, the garbage disposal barely worked, the shower drain barely drained, the flooring is a wood colored sticker that easily peels off, very nosy neighbors, dog poop everywhere, hard to get in touch with the front desk."

"My wife and I moved in a month ago, Mrs. Freda in the office was so nice and made sure we understood everything because this was our first time renting somewhere on our own. She made the renting process so easy— We are in love with our apartment, when we moved in it was so clean, it’s in a amazing neighborhood everyone is so kind and every time we’ve had a problem Mrs. Freda helped us with no hesitation. We love it and can see ourselves here for quite awhile!"

"If you'll notice all the negative comments about management are about Holly (previous management). Current management here (Frida) is absolutely excellent. I didnt buy this apartment, I bought Frida. She goes above and beyond for her tenants as well as conducts background checks. My apartment has nothing wrong with it and it's at an affordable price for being in the heart of west knoxville. My neighbors are nice and quiet and i havent noticed a single drug addict. You can really tell Frida came in here and cleaned this place up after Holly ran it into the ground."

"Horrible place to live. Loud neighbors, ant infestations, and run down apartments themselves. If that isn’t bad enough, the maintenance is almost unreachable and the management is money hungry. Don’t expect to be able to reach either of them if you have any problems. It is clear that nobody working here cares about the tenants in the slightest. Many better places for the same price."
