Neighbors are friendly, quiet and respectful. Apartment is awesome, updated and and so pretty! Quick responses from them re: any questions or problems. Really happy and thankful to call this place my new home!!"

"Visited my son who was a resident. Spent the night. There was NO marked and designated visitor parking. I still parked away from the building, leaving it for tenants. They had my vehicle towed in the middle of the night. Cost $150 to get it back from tow company. $150.00 I could not afford to spend at the time. My complaint fell on deaf ears."

"I have been living here since July 2023 and it has been nothing but issue after issue with this place. countless health hazards and negligence from managament and matainence has made living here actual hell. When I first moved in, they never even sent cleaners to clean the place I was moving into ( not to mention I gave them an extra week to get that done!). Half of the elctric didnt work in my apartment, me and my roomates had to fix it. The day we moved in, the kitchen was flooded (ON THE SECOND FLOOR!?) It took hours of back to back calling the matainence office to get someone to pick up the damn phone. Half of the machines in the gym don't work, and they havent since i moved in. The bathroom and laundry room connected to the gym are disgusting and look like theyve never been clean a day in their life. In august, a family member went to the office a dropped off an envelope for me with some important papers, it took the office a week to find them until i threatened to call the police for lost/stolen records and they were meraciously found in less than 24 hours. Now, for 5-6 weeks we have been exereriencing pest issues and we have sent numerous emails, just to be neglected once again. We have had to take matters into our own hands, and it still hasnt been enough. I hate this place and I can not urge you enough to not step withing a 500ft radius of this place. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!"

"do NOT move into this place. they have put me through hell since the very first day i moved in three months ago, it is truly one of the worst mistakes i have ever made. i moved here from out of state with just my two children, upon arriving they did not even have my apartment ready for almost two weeks and refused to prorate the rent, put me in a hotel, anything for this mistake. i was told a cleaning crew would be by, they never showed up. i had to clean the apartment top too bottom myself prior to moving in. this is just the tip of the ice burg though, these apartments are nothing as advertised. the kitchen cabinets are literally so rotten then fall apart in pieces when you open them. then my AC was broken for a month and a half in the middle of summer, (it was broken before i ever arrived with my CHILDREN to move in, they just didnt tell me) even with an infant in the apartment and the temperature in the high nineties, they would not even take a FAN off of the rent that month. they also refused to do anything about this. we went days without water as the staff continued to lie to all of the residence about it. there was no compensation for that of course either. this is my final straw, i have been INSANELY sick since i moved in here. dizzy, coughing up blood, heart palpitations. i have been in the hospital six times since i moved in. they kept telling me i had an infection but could not find it. after seeing a pulmonary specialist i was asked if i had been exposed to mold but didnt think much of it until i kept smelling wet dog scent. so i decided to test my apartment. this is the results, NUMEROUS kinds in the air. i told the manager this over 24 hours ago and still have not even heard back. there is all kinds of bugs in this place and they will send out emails claiming pest control is going door to door to spray, they never do. other reviews can confirm this. this place does not care about you or your well being. when you pay $1800 for a tiny outdated apartment you would expect to at least be treated with a little respect and empathy. this has been the hardest three months of my life due to the staff here. i will contacting a lawyer for a lawsuit and to get out of my lease."

"My name is Heather, and all I have to say is that the new management are insane and don’t know what they are doing. Me and my mom have lived here for almost a year and it WAS actually good, until new people took over. One instance was how they casually let a sewer/shower issue go on for one month, no concern at all. They just let it go by, it finally got fixed, luckily an old guy who seemed to know what he was doing went in the crawl space and fixed things. But in all honestly me and my mom could barely shower for one month because of their lack of care for their tenants and the animals which their tenants own! Today, AUGUST 28 2023, My brother called in concern to make sure the pest people came to spray in our apartment today, (they didn’t even come) And the front office lady got angry with him and hung up the phone. While my mom received texts saying that they did come spray, which they did not. My mom works to hard to deal with bad management who seem to only care about themselves getting peoples money who are desperate to find apartments and doesn’t deserve to deal with angry office people in general. They call themselves management but should manage their own emotions. Janice is the name of the one who hung up the phone and has been rude with my mom before."
