Logan and Dillon have been responsive within a timely manner and willing to go the extra mile for their renters. They are definitely at the top of my list for a new home."
"After touring several different apartments in the Knoxville area we arrived at Forest Ridge Apartments. The staff were very welcoming and polite and the manager Dillion went above and beyond to show us the property and explain all the upgrades that were being done. You can tell they are in the process of doing improvements which is great. The apartment layout is what we were looking for, we like the townhome design, and looks to be recently renovated. There is ample parking, options for sunrooms or garages and the clubhouse is beautiful. I looked at older reviews and were concerned but after seeing the property myself I feel it would be a great place to live. They may be under new ownership and it shows."
"Just moved in with my husband and 2 kids. We needed an apartment to stay at while we complete construction on our new home. This place is in a great school district and is conveniently located close to my husband’s law practice. Maintenance is very polite and respectful and the property manager Dillion does a great job and runs a tight ship. We are glad we found such a nice place to stay for a while."
