Reviews
"We moved to TN from PA last year and rented apartment online at Vintage Station North. We were extremely pleased to see when we moved in the apartment complex that it didn't disappoint our expectations. We love it here. All the staff is extremely helpful, neighbors are friendly, and they offer a lot of extras. Thank you to Tammy Coffey and Michelle Miranda in the leasing office who made a stressful move from PA to an easy transition into the apartment in TN."
"The location is perfect. The apartments are beautiful. I feel safe at all times. The highlight is the amazing staff at the leasing office who is very helpful and prompt. Can't go wrong with Red Bicycle and the yummy coffee every morning!"
"Lived here for a year and a half. All of the staff members were very respectful and helpful at any moment. Unfortunately the one star review reflects the property, and its downsides. For pricing you’re just simply over paying. How they feel their pricing is justified is beyond me. Amenities are minimal and nothing extraordinary. My wife and I the first eight months of living here went without paying for a reserved spot. But after the property became over populated and with us working night jobs we would come home to no spots available. We had to park in a lot next to the complex and walk over. The next morning we both had warning stickers on our driver windows. When I raised the concern with the front office I was given a general answer that they are working on it. Well nothing ever showed so we were forced to grab the next available reserve spots which are $40 a piece. And when someone is in your spot you’re just out of luck. They have valet trash which is more of a downside than a positive. They don’t monitor or uphold their regulations around hours you can set your trash out for pick up and when to be collected by. With the apartment doors being on the interior the halls just smell like trash during valet trash days. Piggybacking off of that, the dumpsters are always over filling. Which means people just toss trash on the ground. The property has a problem with stray cats and even seen raccoons that come and rummage through the trash on the ground. The elevator in building 2093 constantly was in and out of service. Also went around 2-3 weeks with a buzzer just consistently going off. My wife and I had a 3 bedroom unit. In the hotter months our bedroom got no air versus the rest of the apartment. We had black out curtains on the floor to ceiling windows and it was like the heat was turned on. During summer months we had to sleep in one of our other bedrooms because it was so unbearable. The mail room is a nightmare. Unsure why they didn’t just go with parcel lockers. But if you haven’t dealt with a place that has a mail room. When you order packages they don’t come to your door unless you live in a townhome. But if in an apartment your package goes to this mail room. Packages are constantly moved around and not where they should be making it a pain to find your package. The maintenance team though was great. It’s two guys they are quick and do great work. Hopefully this review helps for those looking at moving into a new place. I enjoyed the staff and maintenance team but the way the property is laid out, some of the ways it operates, the minimal amenities, and inconveniences is no where near dealing with each and every day to pay the price they are asking for."
"Common area electric fee is ridiculous and variable. They say they are transparent about the fee but refuse to show you an electric bill or any breakdown of how that fee was determined. Absolutely nothing stopping them from charging you an extra 50 or even 100 on your rent without notice. Actually, they could theoretically charge you $1000 and just evict you if you don’t pay it. Last month was 31 dollars. Multiply that by all the units and they are collecting 5000 to 6000 dollars a month “for electric”. They are already charging me twice as much for water as the last management company. Parking is atrocious and you have to pay a fee if you want a reserved spot so you don’t have to park on the curb. But if someone parks in your reserved spot you have to wait over 24 hours for them to even consider having it towed. I’ve lived here for three years under three different management companies. The staff here are friendly and work orders get completed quickly. But highmark residential sucks and will hold you up by your ankles to shake dimes and nickles out of your pocket. I’m probably going to move when my lease is up."
"Nice apartment and amenities. Parking is an abomination! No mention of parking issues when before I moved in and to add insult to injury when the entire parking lot is full at 9pm, there are 10 reserved spots without any cars but you have to pay another $40/mo. Just increased fees by another $30/mo for common area utilities. When you add up all the extra fees the apartment is getting real expensive."
