Glass Creek Village

"Glass creek started off as a nice place to call home. We moved here in 2020 and never really had too many major issues until last summer. Our air conditioning went out in August during the heat waves and it was miserable. No one seemed to care the maintenance worker had a nasty attitude as if I didn’t know how our apartment cools. They claimed to fix it but it still didn’t work and placed a new thermostat. Still didn’t work. Even through the cold days the unit did not heat or cool properly at all. They always want to do a quick fix and place a bandaid over issues instead of finding the actual reason. This went on for months with several calls and emails. No response. When the weather hit 70 it began to be so warm inside and running the air makes it warmer. It makes no sense that it’s 45 degrees outside NOW and it’s 78 degrees inside of our apartment. I’ve emailed the new managers and no one has responded. I’ve called and no one answers. This place has gone downhill and I don’t recommend anyone staying here. It is so frustrating to pay 2k a month to live and not be comfortable in your own damn home!!! The maintenance workers don’t know what they’re doing and the managers don’t either. Just a complete disaster. I can’t wait until the lease is up. Awful way to treat your residents!"

"I have lived here just over a year. It was great the first 6 months. Ever since they had that fire the complex has gone down hill. They took over a month to fix my ice maker. That still doesn't work. It snowed and no one put ice melter down. The neighbors above us always stomping and nothing gets done about it. The neighbors next to us yell at all hours of the night. Wake my wife up. I'm so ready to move out of this place. I wouldn't recommend anyone come live at glass creek."

"I have been at Glass Creek apartments going on 4 years now . The apartments look great and I've really liked it here at least until last year. The people that moved above us are inconsiderate and they stomp at all times of the night and it sounds like they're throwing furniture. I knew there would be trouble when they came to move in around 10pm. I had to call the office then and it hasn't stopped since. Their cat has been all over our patio and messed up my sister's furniture. She had to spend money to keep the cat off the patio instead of them spending money to keep their cat on their own patio. I've been to the office several times about it and it seems as if nobody cares. I've talked to other tenants and they have also complained. It use to be so quiet me and my sister could sit and enjoy the patio but now it has gotten ridiculous. It's ridiculous how careless the office has gotten since we first moved in. Not to mention the gate is always broken and there are people who sit in front of my apartment with their lights on cutting them on and off . They have no control over this property and I fear it will only get worse. They don't respond to the emails they ask you to send to the property manager and it's been about 3 weeks since I've talked to them about it and sent an email and we've heard nothing from anyone nor have they handled any of our issues with the people upstairs. It's almost as if they approve of the crazy stuff going on around here. I would not recommend anyone to stay here because they don't care about their tenants at all. It's ridiculous"

"I have lived there for 4 years and not once have they ever made sure their tenants are safe in the winter. They never shovel or at the very least put salt down. If somebody falls and hurts themselves they might do something. But I doubt it and especially for the amount that we pay to live there. I have seen even apartments in the worst parts of town taken care of better than glass creek does."

"The new office staff never answers the phone or returns voicemails. There is always trash and old furniture overflowing by the dumpsters, as you can see in other reviews. Also, the maintenance team walked out so there is no one available to do repairs. Our Dishwasher stopped working and I submitted a work order. After a week, I had to stop by the office since no one would return my phone calls and was told by office staff to “be patient”. Someone was sent out while we weren’t home (lights were left on and door was left unlocked) and was told the problem was fixed, however it was not. Our dishwasher still had a burning, electrical smell and does not work. The old management team (Kayla) was always on top of things and we never had any issues. Not sure why the staff changed, but things are much worse."
