"Great hotel. Room was very large with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and a couch if you had a fifth person. friendly staff and the breakfast was the great with waffles, sausage, egg sandwich's, cereals, juices. We will definitely stay at a home2 suites again"

"I’ve never been to a place where even the lobby smelt good. I really enjoyed my stay here this past weekend. I enjoyed the environment and the pool was great. Best hotel to stay if you’re looking for a peace of mind. The breakfast was delicious and you’ll have to go to experience it for yourself if I can give 100 stars I would."

"My wife and I spent two nights here at the Home2 Suites by Hilton Mount Juliet. The staff is nice and friendly, the location is close to restaurants and shopping. BUT, the walls are incredibly thin. We could hear and feel the toddlers next door playing and their parents trying to control them. We slept with the TV on to combat the snoring. As the kids got up around 6AM they immediately started playing which cut into our ability to sleep in and relax on a weekend getaway. The walls were so then we heard the bathroom door close multiple times throughout the mornings and evenings before bedtime for our neighbors. We even could hear when they rolled up the blinds in the morning. You can hear or feel some folks walk down the hall way, like you were on a cruise ship, without all the cool destinations. If we do another track-day we will not be staying here"

"The hotel in general looks great but I have to complain about the cleaning. I had no shampoo at all in the shower, the bed sheets were dirty with orange and black stains. Furthermore the toilet seat was filthy of... Yeah. If you clean a room, how can you not see all those things?"

"This may have been the one worst hotel we have ever stayed at. We drive 8 hours Saturday and make dinner reservations for that night an hour after we arrive leaving us more than enough time to check in and get cleaned up. We get our keys and go to our room on the third floor to find our keys don’t work. I go back down and get another set of keys and wait for over 10 minutes with no one at the desk, the new keys don’t work either, I go down again and the guys missing again for another 5 minutes. Get another new set because he thinks I’m using them wrong and go up and they don’t work again. I keep telling him the lights on the door won’t even light up which means the key lock is dead but he gives me a dead stare and finally changes our room. We get to our new room go in and start unpacking. We finish unpacking and go to use the bathroom to find the toilet seat is cracked in half. How do you clean a room and not see the toilet seat is literally broken unless you never cleaned the toilet. As you can see in the photos it’s clear as can be. We go down again and the guy at the front desk is gone again. We wait another 5-8 minutes until he comes strolling back. I tell him we’re going to get dinner and want the seat replaced when we come back to which he tells us it’s not possible to do until Monday. So he switches our room again and makes us do it then so we now miss our dinner reservations and are now going to our third room of a night within an hour. Our third room wasn’t much better. Stained face towels and dirty walls in the bathroom as you can see in the photos but we were so over it we dealt with it so we wouldn’t miss out on the rest of our night. For what we paid for this place to stay one night this is all extremely unacceptable. The next morning (Sunday) we were woken up by a woman at 8am who wanted to change our toilet seat which not only woke us up but it wasn’t even the right room with the broken toilet seat. Also they said it couldn’t be changed until Monday but here it was Sunday morning and they were changing it. The only bright spot was the breakfast was good, that’s it. When we checked out we talked to another desk manager who was much nicer than than the guy the night before who could have cared less and he talked to his manager and gave us a discount on the room. While we appreciate the discount I don’t think we should have been charged at all or at least given a few free nights in points. Three rooms in an hour, missing our dinner plans, dirty rooms, broken and stained items. You would have thought it was a motel 6 not a Hilton."
