Meridian at Providence

"I have lived in several apartment communities in my life, but I got to say that Meridian at Providence was best experience out of all of them! I moved in back in 2022 and for the year that I lived there, I was blown away by the beauty of the grounds, the amenities that are offered, the friendliness of the neighbors all around the community, etc. But what made it even better was the care, professionalism, and friendliness of everyone on the staff. That spoke volumes to me! Jamey and Rob are amazing in balancing everything that comes at them. They made me and everyone that I seen them with feel like part of the family. Scott and the other Maintenance Guys work hard to make sure everyone that lives there has an awesome experience. If I had an issue, they took care of it in a timely manner and followed up to make sure everything was ok. I know that this is a long review, but I want everyone to know how much I loved living there. If you are moving to the Providence Area of Mount Juliet, TN, you would be crazy not to choose Meridian at Providence as your new home!"

"Admittedly we should have posted this review long before now, because excellence at this level deserves immediate recognition!!! We cannot begin to say enough about how happy we have been with this gorgeous community and it's amazing team! Rob & his staff are top notch! We have been renting since construction completed in 2017. The amenities are premier, the kitchens are gorgeous, the units are modern and spacious, and the management team is some of the most caring and helpful people in the business. Hands down, if you are looking for a property that truly feels like home and a staff that treats you like family, then you will absolutely love it here!!"

"I lived here for 2 years and it was great from start to finish. The entire property was beautiful and well-maintained year round. Any service request I put in was always resolved within a business day and the entire staff was very nice. The office staff was also very communicative whenever there was any sort of work to be done on the property that could impact our daily routine. I would definitely live here again if I moved back to the area."

"I am a current resident here and I have nothing but good things to say about this apartment complex. Management comes first to me and the management here goes above and beyond to ensure their residents are taken care of. (Shout-out to Rob and Jamey Lynn) There have been bumps along the way but I feel very taken care of and have been loving my time living here. The amenities are spectacular and the apartments are so spacious, this is the best place hands down to live in Mount Juliet!!!! "My husband and I loved living here. It was my first time living in an apartment and I was surprised at how much I enjoyed it. It’s a fairly quiet complex and has a good gym and a fabulous pool. Neither of which are usually crowded. They keep everything there clean and beautifully landscaped. We only left because we decided to build a house but I would definitely go back if we needed an apartment and I highly recommend living here."
