"Very clean all the way around. We travel for work so we stay in a lot of hotels around the USA. The staff is extremely helpful especially Aaron the young man at the front desk. Great location. Excellent all the around.i haven't seen a bug at all and that's definitely a plus."

"Me and my wife did not have hot water, and the bed was noisy, you would think the place was haunted do to all the noise you here from knocks under or inside the bed and knocks in the bathroom. I jumped up at least 3 times thinking someone was walking inside of our room, but the staff was extremely nice and pleasant"

"This was a terrible experience. We booked this room for 6 days the Expedia. On first night, went to bathroom and found a roach crawling. Killed the roach, hoping it was an isolated incident. It was not…. The bugs started coming out throughout the morning. Went down to the front desk and requested a refund for the remaining 5 nights. They would not refund the money, stating that we would have to get the refund from Expedia, since that is where we booked. Called Expedia, and they had me on hold while they contacted the hotel. The manager at the hotel stated that they went and inspected the room, and there were no bugs. I have pictures, and offered to send , but Expedia didn’t seem to care. They told me that they would not be able to issue a full refund, due to what the manager told them, and the best they could do is offer a $62 credit towards an Expedia acct for future booking. An awful experience from both hotel and Expedia. Lesson learned…. You get what you pay for! Now we are out $400+ dollars from the hotel and had to spend and additional $700+ to get a nice, clean hotel for the remaining 5 nights"

"Clean, quiet, rooms are small but that didn't matter to me. I stay in room 213 which is by the elevator. That did not seem to be an issue, maybe because I was exhausted.. breakfast was normal, the staff were kind. Good quality pillows, and towels. Coffee machine in room was filthy and needed to be replaced/cleaned. However I did not let staff know, so it may not get fixed. My fault. Overall I enjoyed my stay.. and it was actually better than expected."

"Will NOT stay here again. No hot water on a Friday morning. I complained to the front desk and they didn't care or do anything. Employees are too busy talking to each other to help guests. Room is ugly! Bed was squeaky. Breakfast was decent. Sheets and bedding good. Very basic hotel."
