"i love my apartment, i love feeling safe, i love the modern look to them. however since the new management it’s ran like a military barrack or something. every time you turn around they are emailing about an issue (like go directly to the source stop disturbing everybody else with nuances), the management has this “nice nasty” attitude, i avoid them at all cost, the are charging $50 a month for water & it’s based on sq footage & not usage (never heard of such thing)."

"I have lived here a little over 2 months now. This is my 1st time in an apartment in a really long time. I have overall been VERY pleased. The 1st day I came for my tour I was super impressed. Cherie helped me that day and she was awesome! I promptly signed my lease within a day and secured the perfect lower level corner apartment for myself and son. Also, shortly after I shared my experience with my daughter, she came and rented her an apartment as well. We both are here now just a couple buildings away from each other and loving it. There have been a few kinks to work out as expected with a newer build, but that is understandable I think. I truly have been pleased with all interactions with their staff. Carly is always so friendly and happy to help with any of your needs at the front office. The maintenance guys are kind and happy to do anything as well. Justin was super helpful with a few things right after I moved in. Most recently, we are dealing with ALOT of snow. I can totally say they are doing their VERY BEST to help take care of us with this situation. I have bragged about their efforts to my friends and co-workers all week. They have went above and beyond what I expected and are definitely doing more than other complexes are doing for their folks for sure! We had salt placed before the snow came, sidewalks and steps cleared immediately, salt trucks and plows in here right away. I have got in and out as needed on every trip without any issues. "I’ve had a fantastic experience here with the new staff.They Always answer the calls, most importantly I dealt with Cherie the entire time getting into my new apartment, she was understanding of my situation, wants/needs. When I called, business was handled in a cordial/timely manner! Thank you!! I love living here which is why I renewed my lease and upgraded to a larger apartment.
