"I can count on one hand how many times it took me time to make a bad review, but this company deserves a bad review and a legal complaint. Having to deal with these people triggers all the worst feelings you can have plus the feeling of injustice and being robbed. Never in my life have I dealt with such an unprofessional, incompetent, and petulant group. First of all, I only realized that I was going through a nightmare after I moved into the house where I already had signed contract. From the first to the last day that I lived on one of their property, every single month I had problems in the house and with maintenance requests (I’m not even talking about the maintenance crew because is not their fault), but the staff couldn't care less about their customers that are paying for it! About maintenance: Be aware that you have to beg and feel miserable for asking for months to get something fixed, if you are lucky enough, of course. They didn’t fix basic things in the house even worse for leaking, mold, and structural problems. They are tearing up the properties and if you are a property owner and have business with this company, please, be aware they do not take care of the properties. They leave properties unmaintained for months and your property will depreciate in value and they will blame the tenants not their poorly/lack of service. Security deposit: Last and most important they also will find a way to keep your security deposit. After the end of my lease, we did the walk-through, everything was perfect in the house and I had all the pictures/videos of before and after I returned the house to keep everything on legal proceeds in case they requested it. Since they couldn’t claim misuse of the house, they came up with “charges” and took more than half of my security deposit, “creating late fees” that were never on their payment system. If you have a late fee you will be notified, and they will call you insistently, also on your next payment it is supposed to be shown in your next bill, but it NEVER happened as I have prints of it. Of course, they have your money and they will do whatever they want, charge what is convenient for them. They know that people don’t have the time or energy to go through a legal process and also the state of TN has one of the worst tenant laws in the country, so they just keep doing it. Any decent company that has been open for a while has more than two reviews. All these negative reviews have a good reason for being here and on other pages."

"They don't fix anything. They will let you live there with no electricity for weeks but you still have to pay rent or the said they would sue. No electric remind you. They care nothing about their tenants or their very young children being misplaced staying here and there but want that rent."

"Me and my family own a small business that was based online. Having a strong wifi is essential. We didn’t have the best service but the issue is that the upstairs neighbor flushed the toilet a lot and it started getting moldy. The ceiling broke and semen came flooding into the room where my WiFi box is. They never fixed it. I requested the visit and they never came. Only the guy upstairs did."

"I recently moved to a property managed by Revid a little over a month ago, and I have had nothing but horrible experiences. I have been without a working AC for 6 days now, and I have put in several maintenance requests along with several phone calls, and it still has not been fixed. A technician came to my property yesterday around 5pm, and said he needed certain tools from Revid to fix my AC and I got no sense of urgency whatsoever to fix this. The technician is finally coming today to fix this problem after 6 days. My apartment has been 84 degrees for 6 days, and I have had to spend the night with friends because it is uninhabitable. Along with that, two of my bedroom windows have black mold all around it. The property is not well-maintained and you can’t even drive up one of the driveways due to erosion. They should be ashamed of themselves by the way they manage properties. I wish I had taken these reviews more seriously before I signed a lease."
