Audubon Downs Apartments

"I love living here!! I’ve been here for about 2 months and have had a really good experience. Brenda, Cleveland, & Taurus are always on top of things & so kind. When you have problems, they literally address them immediately. If you need fancy, then this is probably not your place, but it is quaint and has a lot of charm. It’s also nice knowing that there isn’t a huge staff running around with a master key to your apartment because that was definitely a problem at the last place I lived."

There's no loitering, or strangers coming in and out of the complex. You'll see the same faces everyday. - Grounds are well-kept. - The apartment was extremely clean when I moved in. - Maintenance is FAST. - The price is great for mid-town, especially considering the size of the apartments. - MS. BRENDA, the manager. She is always working to assure tenants are comfortable. Whenever an issue is brought to her attention, she sees to it right away. She is very understanding and an extremely pleasant person. We're very lucky to have her as the apartment manager. - The convenience of the apartments; they're at the center of many different neighborhoods, so there's lots of grocery/clothing shopping, food, and leisure options to choose from. - Every tenant I've met has been extremely pleasant. Tenants are diverse as well. - Although the apartments are older, they're well maintained. Everything works (outlets, water heaters, light fixtures, etc). They've installed new carpeting and the paint is fresh as well. There are many more positives, however I'll conclude by saying the Audubon Downs are definitely worth considering if you're looking for something long-term. While being in Memphis, I plan on living here as long as I can."
