"I moved out a couple months ago like 2-3 months and i still haven’t heard a word on getting my deposit back??? When i used to live there i had to install my own cameras for my security due they never fixed the gate,the pool is worst never work then holes on the streets i built my own fence on the back for my security and thats the reason why i moved out alot of delinquency 1-2 days i was gonna move before some guys came to shot a car 10-20 times … no security, no manager or management, worst apartments ever… Can even answer the phones, dont even have an office those apartments are going down…"

"Do not come here and stay if you’re black I got scammed out my money bye Mangment now I have to sue and than if you’re black they don’t want u over here and they moved in a Mexicans people they want fix anything and the owner doesn’t do anything but lie my house was broken into my service dog was killed in my home because of the poor condition of the apartment he was shot in the head I’m blaming the owner I don’t have a key to my door since I have been in hear please don’t come over hear they speak no English the owner is a scammer I paid 3000 dollars to move in hear to later own find out my deposit was only a 100 dollar but i will be taken him to court"

"It's been some years since I use to live over hear. It was under other management back then. But the up keep of the apartment complex were beautiful. Management and Maintenance did a really great job on Maintenance up of apartment and grounds. The pictures that I have just seen are embarrassing. Present Management you should be embarrassed of the pictures that are being shown about the Lakes Apartment. This issue reflects on your company management style, these pictures show Lakes apartment don't give a DANM on how these apartments looks and now to have water leaking in the Apartments is completely unacceptable. You are taking your attendance monthly payments but they are living in poor living conditions."
