"Don’t fix anything not worth the rent they have been given"
"Nice place when we have to use the rest of the rent money to move here, maintenance are reliable, but too much bad activity there, thank God my property wasn't stolen as of the a/c units, if you move here be safe at your own risk, too many guys hanging all over the place last time I lived there, mean, dumb and rachet tenants"
"Don't feel safe but people said if there kids playing out side is good is when you don't see anything that the problem"
"I waited 4 months for this apt only to move in a dump, literally, I've been here for 1 month now without any air, the apt wasn't cleaned and still needs a LOT of work finished I've never moved anywhere that has paint all over everything I mean doors painted close, everything that isn't supposed to be painted is painted over even the tiles in my shower and the paint peels off everytime we shower LORD have mercy on me and my kids, we've been going through it too long to still have to go through this, trying not to call code enforcement but I believe thats the only way I will get some help, I hope, before one of us be hospitalized due to this insane heat in this 5 bdrm townhouse, Imagine that, there's so many issues I don't have enough energy to type but my air is the biggest issue RIGHT NOW"
"Worst place to live toilet made whole apartment flood plus been begging them to repair simple things in my house for 2 weeks that still haven’t been repaired rent suppose to be going up but my sinks still leaking, e when I turn on. AC it gives out gas smells, and on top of the the bugs practically pushing you out the apartment no matter what you do to get rid of them."
