"I’ve lived here for almost 2 years. They are slow at fixing issues. They don’t even “fix” the issue. They “patch” it up. My hallway closet door hasn’t been fixed since I moved in. For the last 3 months they neglected the grass and the parking lot. I had to take my dog to the vet due to the grass being so high, it was a nest for insects. He was bitten over 14 times and I had to pay for the bill. When I spoke to the manager he told me and quote “this is what you have to deal with when you’re renting”. I was shocked that he would even say that. He tried to belittle me and make me feel like less of a victim for they’re neglect. I’m leaving once this lease is up. I do not recommend anyone who cares for their personal well-being and especially their pets. He is a black pit. The bald spots came from where he had been biting the insect bites. I was so hurt for my poor fur baby. I wish I could sue!"

"This complex could be better but the maintenance team is lazy and whoever built these apartments are lazy too. No one here should have the pay the amount of money they charge in rent (renters and water included) and live like this. These apartments need to be rebuild from the ground up. Well mine anyway. I can’t speak for anyone else’s apartment. I don’t want to break my lease but I would rather for them to move me in a better one. I’ve been calling them about fixing things over here since I moved in."

"Raccoon City . This property seriously has raccoon issues. They wander about in the day time. They do not care if they see humans. There was a raccoon going in and out of my chimney at 6045 summer ridge lane apt 2. They could not fix the issue so I ended my lease and moved somewhere else."

"Do not move here! They will duck and dodge you to keep from giving you your security deposit back. Moved out almost 4 months ago, left the apartments WAY cleaner that it was when I moved in and I have still yet to receive my money back. You can NEVER get in touch with the property manager DOMINIQUE. Sometimes you can barely get a regular worker on the phone. And the corporate office is just as bad and unprofessional!"

"I stayed over there they don't fix nothing the whole I was there they will not come the bugs are so bad they need to be closed down. Mexico City I wouldn't recommend no one to move over there.They charge u for everything they are a rip off.Never move over they.Everything falling apart they patch things up sobu can move it."
